Welcome to another card project straight from my craft room.
Today's card was inspired and CASED! from a picture i saw on instagram @umchika, she does some amazing cards, please go check her out.
So today i am wishing you an Amazing day , full of smiles,cheese and mice !! I hope you like....
For the card base i used Stampin'Up! Basic black cardstock, for the cheesey layer ! I used Neenah solar white, which I die cut using largest die from Mama Elephants Sew fancy die set ( I cut two ) , I also used the circle dies from die set to create the cheese holes!
I used ripe persimmon and scattered straw distress inks to create the background on both die cut pieces, I then adhered both pieces together to create the cheese hole effect.
I stamped seven of the mice ( from the Mama Elephant "Tandem Ride " stampset ) with Momento tuxedo black ink onto Neenah solar white cardstock and coloured them in using my cool grey spectrum noir alcohol pens, using the co-ordinating die cuts to cut out all of the mice.
I then adhered all the mice in place on the card, stamped the sentiment using Momento tuxedo-black ink and my Fiskars Stamp press.
Finally I stamped some images from the Mama Elephant "Small Talk" stampset also in momento tuxedo black ink and the card is finished ......
