I Love you "Honey Bunny"

Tuesday 29 September 2015

Hi Stampers,
I was feeling a bit lovey dovey! when made this cad and decided to make for my georgeous fiancé

For the card base I used SU's Soft sky cardstock  cut at 4 1/4 x 11, scored at 5 1/2.

I started my masking of a circle  and creating the night sky by sponge blending with Bermuda bay ink by SU, making it darker around the top of the circle.

I stamped the stars in encore silver pigment ink and heat set it with my heat gun.
To create the moon effect on the unmasked circle I used one of the stamps from SU's Gorgeous grunge stamp set to give the effect of craters.

I stamped the cuddling bunnies from the " Honey Bunny " stamp set by Mama Elephant onto neenah white cardstock with momento tuxedo black in and coloured them in using my spectrum noir pens, I then die cut  them out using the  coordinating dies.

For the sand mound I used SU's Crumb cake cardstock, I inked the edges with SU's crumb cake ink using a blending sponge. The critters and grass I inked using SU's Baked brown sugar ink (retired). for the shooting star i used SU's Night of Navy Ink.
For waves I used Bermuda bay cardstock  and I used a circle punch to create the waves.

I stamped the I Love you sentiment with Momento Tuxedo Black Ink. I used foam dimensionals to adhered the bunnies onto the card, to create a bit of dimension.

Hi Stampers,

I made today's card for my Brother in Law  as he loves his cars , especially jaguars and i thought the car in the Paper smooches " My Guy " stamp-set was perfect.

He loved the card, so I'm glad I did it.

for the card base i used SU's very vanilla cardstock which i cut at 4 1/4 x 11 and scored at 5 1/2.I used scraps of green SU cardstock for the hills, which I also die cut with the lawn fawn stitched rectangles and lawn fawns landscape border dies.
I created the sky using a cloud stencil and SU sky blue ink with a stamping sponge. I stamped the card and sentiment in Momento tuxedo black ink  and coloured the card using my spectrum noir pens.
For the happy birthday sentiment I used a speech bubble die, which i layered on a scrap of dark green cardstock.
The skyline was cut from SU Smokey Slate cardstock, using clearly besotted Cityscape die.
For the road i freehand cut from basic black cardstock and created road markings using white gel pen.

Hi Stampers,
Today'scard was made for a dear Couple I used to work with in the Hotel Industry. So happy  for them and i Hope the card reflects that.

I Made the Card Base using Very Vanilla cut at 4 1/4 x 11, scored at 5 1/2.  Using SU's sheer perfection designer vellum stack, cut at 4 x 5 1/4 .

I  then die cut some very vanilla cardstock (SU) , using Lawn fawns small stitched rectangle dies.
I stamped the sentiments from the Cheers to love  stampset (SU), with Momento rich cocoa ink and using the tiny heart from Lawn fawns "milk and cookies" stamp set in real red ink.

I decided to create the envelope from the SU chevron paper bags I had in my stash. I stamped the look inside  and a card from hero arts "envelope art " stampset  in momento black ink.

For the Mr & Mrs Tag I used a scrap of dsp , some very vanilla cardstock, using the MR & MRS stamp by SU and the date using clearly besotted basic numbers. I punched the heart using SU's  Large Heart  punch in real red cardstock, some espresso stitched ribbon  and a star paperclip to finish.

Cute Critters for the Newlyweds ....

Wednesday 23 September 2015

Hi Stampers,
Today's card was made for Family member who got married in june this year, using MFT ( my favorite things) cute critters stamp set.

I started of with a Neenah Solar white card base cut at 6 x 5 1/2 , then added striped vellum by SU. then using the lawn fawn's Speech bubble chat Border Die  and SU's "Cheers to Love "  stampset to create the to the newlywed speech bubble.
I created the burlap pennant adhered that onto the vellum, stamped the squirrel critters with Momento Tuxedo Black ink and coloured using my spectrum noir pens.

Then i made the mr and mrs  speeech bubbles using SU word quote dies and stamped using cheers to love stampset in Momento rich cocoa.
Adhered the squirrels and word bubbles using foam dimensionals, finally using SU itty bitty heart punch, i punched out from real red cardstock by SU.

To finish of I used my copic multiliner to create a stitched effect around the large speech bubble and it's finished.

Thanks for stopping by and i hope to see you again soon
