Your TEE-riffic ------ Happy Birthday------

Wednesday, 7 October 2015

Hi Stampers,
Today's card was made for my Other half for his birthday. He is a avid golfer, so i thought this would be the perfect card for him.

I used Neenah solar white for the card base 4 1/4 x 11, scored at 5 1/2 . I  used my cloud stencil, SU's
sky blue ink and a stamping sponge to create the sky.

For the hills  I used various greens scraps of SU cardstock and for the bunkers I used SU crumb cake cardstock.

I stamped the golf cart and golf flag onto neenah solar white cardstock with Momento Tuxedo black ink and cut out with the co- ordinating dies.
I then coloured them in with my spectrum noir pens and attached to card front. I finally stamped the you're tee-riffic sentiment with Momento tuxedo black ink.

Shaker Love

Monday, 5 October 2015

Hi Stampers,

I made today's card for my Mother in Laws Birthday and she loved it when we gave it to her.

For the card base I used SU's very Vanilla Cardstock  cut at 4 1/4 x 11 and scored at 5 1/2

I used the love heart shaker die by clearly besotted. For the card background I used Stampin'Up! (SU) " Stippled Blossom" stamp set, which  is a two step stamp set for the first layer of the flowers I used Mama Elephants Tutti Fruitti Pigment ink and for the second  I used Mama elephants Dark Storm Pigment Ink and for the leaves I used Stampin'up's Pear pizzazz ink.

For the sentiment banner I used a strip of Vellum, onto which I stamped the for my wonderful Mum sentiment in Black Stazon.

To create the Shaker I used basic grey as the background , acetate and some  sequins from my stash.
and to finish I adhered the vellum strip with my mini Tim Holtz stapler and finished it of some SU rhinestones.
